No Worries! You will be given your very own personal designer and access to your own portal to leave comments for your designer at any time.
What format will I receive my design?
Many of our clients request jpeg, png, pdf, and psd. But we can provide you with the desired format of your choice.

My business receives a ton of email on daily basis. Is there a better solution to facilitate communication between us?
This is often a concern for many of our clients. We eliminate the spread across different email messages, and give you access to your own personal hub to view your sites status and leave comments for your developer.
How do I submit files for my website?
During the development phase, your personal developer will grant you access to your very own portal. You can login to upload files that need to be incorporated into the site.
My business already has a Facebook®, Twitter®, and other social media pages. Can you incorporate it into my website?
We Can! A website is essential and incorporating social media into your website provides a full online presence for your brand.
I already have a website. Do you offer improvement service?
Yes. We will collaborate with you to achieve the website that you always desired.
I already signed up for a web hosting service, can you use that for my website?
Sure, you will just need to provide us with that information and we can upload your completed website to the web hosting service of your choice.
How far in advance should I book photography services?
Most commonly, our weddings are booked up to 9 months in advance. But we have been able to accommodate on much shorter notice.
Do you require a cancellation notice?
Yes, we require a 72 hour cancellation / rescheduling notice. This policy is in place out of respect for our photographers and our clients. Our photographers are often in high demand and we want to ensure that all of our clients have ample time to prepare for a new available session
I would like to have my event supplied on a Blu-ray disc. Will you be able to accommodate this request?
Yes. We supply our clients with one FREE DVD copy of their event. There will be a nominal fee for this specific media.
Am I allowed to make copies of the Free DVD you provide?
Totally! Desired Solutions videographer’s reward is a happy customer, not copyrights. Feel free to share, upload, and make copies of your DVD
How will my Videographer be dressed?
Here at Desired Solutions, image is everything. Our Videographer’s will be uniformed in our official Polo and slacks. If you require our Videographer to be dressed more formal, we will be able to accommodate this request.
Will I know who my Videographer will be prior to my event?
Yes. Safety and reliability is our priority. We send out a confirmation email 24 hours before your scheduled session. This includes a photo of your assigned Videographer and their contact number.
